Victoria and six members of the Exec (Mary, David, Jim, Stephen, Ian and Will) spent the time drafting up the contents of a business plan, deciding our priorities and generally getting to know each other a bit better to form a united team in taking the CLA forward on behalf of all care leavers. This proved to be a very productive time and the development weekend will now be an annual occurrence to induct each new Executive Committee.
